Bitte beachten Sie diese wichtigen Hinweise im Interesse einer umwelt-gerechten Entsorgung von Altger\u00e4ten sowie Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Hinweise zur Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektronik(alt)ger\u00e4ten und zur Bedeutung des Symbols nach Anhang 3 zum ElektroG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Besitzer von Altger\u00e4ten haben diese einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuf\u00fchren. Elektro- und Elektronikaltger\u00e4te d\u00fcrfen daher nicht als unsortierter Sied-lungsabfall beseitigt werden und geh\u00f6ren insbesondere nicht in den Hausm\u00fcll. Vielmehr sind diese Altger\u00e4te getrennt zu sammeln und etwa \u00fcber die \u00f6rtlichen Sammel- und R\u00fcckgabesysteme zu entsorgen.<\/p>\n<p>Besitzer von Altger\u00e4ten haben zudem Altbatterien und Altakkumulatoren, die nicht vom Altger\u00e4t umschlossen sind, vor der Abgabe an einer Erfassungsstelle von diesem zu trennen.<\/p>\n<p>Letzteres gilt nicht, soweit die Altger\u00e4te nach \u00a7 14 Absatz 5 Satz 2 und 3 ElektroG im Rahmen der Optierung durch die \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungstr\u00e4ger zum Zwecke der Vorbereitung zur Wiederverwendung von anderen Altger\u00e4ten separiert werden, um diese f\u00fcr die Wiederverwendung vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Anhand des Symbols nach Anlage 3 zum ElektroG k\u00f6nnen Besitzer Altger\u00e4te erkennen, die am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer getrennt vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall zu erfassen sind. Hinweise zu den M\u00f6glichkeiten der R\u00fcckgabe von Altger\u00e4ten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Besitzer von Altger\u00e4ten k\u00f6nnen diese im Rahmen der durch \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungstr\u00e4ger eingerichteten und zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden M\u00f6glichkeiten der R\u00fcckgabe oder Sammlung von Altger\u00e4ten abgeben, damit eine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Entsorgung der Altger\u00e4te sichergestellt ist. Gegebenenfalls ist dort auch eine Abgabe von Elektro- und Elektronikger\u00e4ten zum Zwecke der Wiederverwendung der Ger\u00e4te m\u00f6glich.
